Get to the answer faster.
Housing teams are being asked harder questions about homes, inspections, evidence and follow-up actions. Too often, the answer is buried across surveys, spreadsheets, photos, emails and disconnected systems.
Haven puts the information back in your control — capturing it clearly on site, keeping the evidence attached, and helping your team move from question to answer without the usual chasing and reconciliation.
How Haven works
Capture it once. Check it properly. Report with confidence. Every survey, inspection or site update follows the same simple route — from work carried out on site to information your team can use with confidence.
Assign
Send the work to the right person, with only the properties or inspections they need to see.
Capture on site
Record condition, issues, photos and notes while on site — even when signal is poor.
Sync safely
When the device reconnects, the update comes back into Haven without losing the record.
Review
Check the submission, manage comments or exceptions, and make sure it is ready to use.
Report
Use the accepted record for dashboards, reports and exports — so the numbers stay aligned.
One connected flow from site visit to trusted answer.
What Haven does differently
Haven is built around the way housing teams actually work — on site, under pressure, with evidence to capture and answers needed quickly. Every update follows a clear route from fieldwork to review to reporting, so teams can trust what they are looking at and act sooner.
Works where the work happens
Capture surveys, inspections, photos and issues on site — even when signal is poor.
Keeps changes safe
Field updates and back-office changes are checked properly, so one update does not quietly replace another.
Keeps evidence connected
Photos, notes, issues and actions stay linked to the right property, survey and record.
Checks before it reports
Submissions can be reviewed before they feed into the reporting position.
Shows what needs attention
Missing evidence, incomplete records and unresolved issues are flagged clearly, not hidden.
Keeps outputs aligned
Reports, dashboards and exports come from the same reviewed information, so teams are not left reconciling different versions.
A better way to handle field evidence

Everything you need from site visit to report
Haven gives housing teams a clearer way to manage surveys, inspections and site updates — from the moment work is assigned to the point it is reviewed, reported and ready to act on.
Capture on site
Record surveys, inspections, photos, issues and notes where the work happens — even when signal is poor.
Keep evidence attached
Photos, comments and updates stay linked to the right property, inspection, question or action.
Sync safely
Bring field updates back into Haven without losing work or quietly overwriting the record.
Review before reporting
Check submissions, manage comments and deal with exceptions before information feeds into reports.
Report with confidence
Use reviewed information for dashboards, reports and exports, so teams are not left reconciling different versions.
Control access and audit
Give users the right access for their role, and keep a clear record of who did what and when.
From the field to a single source of truth
Surveys captured offline sync, pass QA, and roll up into a live portfolio dashboard — the same accepted data behind every report and export.

Sync without overwrite
Master-version conflict control blocks and logs — it never clobbers the record.
Live portfolio metrics
Accepted surveys roll up into surveys-accepted, coverage and HHSRS counts.

A controlled denominator, never a false-green dashboard
Programme status is derived from applicability, evidence and validity. Where applicability is unknown, it surfaces as an exception — not a comforting green tick.
Every programme, one view

Certificate drill-through
From the dashboard to the asset to the evidence in two or three clicks.
Power BI–ready feeds
Stable-key exports load cleanly into your warehouse — no manual interpretation.

Local authorities
Today: Stock data scattered across spreadsheets and legacy systems, with no confidence in the compliance denominator.
With us: A single, evidence-led source of truth — and a controlled survey pipeline that feeds it without overwriting the master.
Housing associations
Today: Decent Homes, HHSRS and damp/mould obligations to evidence, often across mixed-tenure and delegated stock.
With us: Issue-level HHSRS, photo evidence and a QA gate that makes every claim auditable and every gap visible.
Supplier surveyors
Today: Field teams working in dead-signal estates with apps that lose data the moment the connection drops.
With us: Capture everything offline, restricted to your assigned batch, with drafts and photos that survive any restart.
Compliance & assurance
Today: Dashboards that show green because data is missing, not because the building is safe.
With us: A controlled denominator where unknowns are exceptions, with maker-checker approval on every protected change.
Questions, answered
Yes. The device's local database is the source of truth during fieldwork. Surveyors open, answer, photograph and draft entirely offline; everything persists across closing and reopening the app, and syncs when a connection returns.
Every sync compares the master version the device pre-loaded against the current server version. If the master changed, the push is blocked and logged as a conflict for review — it is never silently overwritten in either direction.
Stock condition surveys are live and demo-ready today. The capture engine is template-driven from a versioned question set, so the same offline, evidence-led, QA-gated pipeline extends to other inspection types — fire risk assessments, monthly housing inspections and before-and-after repair records are on the roadmap. One engine, configured per inspection, rather than a rigid form you wait months to change.
Haven AMS is built to feed a single source of truth. It exports stable-key, referentially-joined data that loads cleanly into a warehouse or BI tool, and its conflict-control model is designed to reconcile against external systems rather than overwrite them.
Yes. It's an installable progressive web app. Field teams add it to the home screen and it runs offline — no store submission, no managed-device rollout required.
Access is named-user and least-privilege, with per-scope restriction so external surveyors only ever see their assigned properties. It's built to wire into SSO/MFA and remote revocation for production deployments.
Every council runs on its own dedicated UK-region instance — no shared tenancy and no shared database between councils. Data resides in the Supabase London region (eu-west-2), photos sit in private storage read only through short-lived signed URLs, and row-level security scopes every query.
Today you reach the answer in a few clicks — role-based dashboards, the No Access report and reconciled exports give you the number with the exceptions and context behind it. A natural-language assistant that answers questions directly from your assured data is on our roadmap.
